I know what you're thinking -- you just don't pay enough taxes and there really should be more government restrictions and regulations on your business, right?

Seriously, the mess in Jefferson City gets worse by the Legislative session -- more and more restrictions, more and more regulation, and more and more time and money spent by business in this state just to comply with the changes and 'enhancements' our Legislators and their well-funded lobbyist and special interest groups come up with.

Using the 'force' of government to allow a large business group, well funded and who give generously to the re-election campaigns of incumbents, to unfairly restrict small businesses from competing in the market place is wrong -- but it happens every year.  Are you happy about that?  Are you getting our money's worth out of the dollars that flow through your hands and into the hands of elected officials and mindless bureaucrats?

You can't rely on the current two-party system to fix this problem -- it's a problem they created and one that funnels millions of dollars into their campaign war chests, putting your business at risk for unfair legislation, unfunded mandates, and in a position to fight off restrictive, job-killing fees, taxes, and requirements.  As a small business owner, I have our mutual best interests at heart, and will work to remove restrictions, unfair competition-killing statutes, and the ever-growing appetite of government for more and more taxes.

The fix?  Elect Libertarians who will begin to dismantle the inane regulations and restrictions, and once again level the field so small businesses can compete for customers without fear of reprisal, restrictions or regulations that merely guarantee full-employment to lawyers, accountants, and judges.
