You will be researching a province or territory of Canada. Your end product will be a real suitcase packed with all the knowledge necessary to have a fabulously educational imaginary trip to your province or territory. You will give an oral presentation to the class in order to share your learning and inspire them to explore each of these provinces or territories for themselves at some point in their life.
This project will include:
- a small suitcase (carry-on size) that will be packed with 10 different important items that are needed for the trip and will be shared during the oral presentation
- a map of Canada that has your province or territory colored in using the computer following these directions
- a full sized (8 ½ x 11) picture of your province’s flag printed in colour
- 5 good quality pictures of the attractions you’ll be visiting during the trip (4x6 size and mounted on Bristol board)
- a well rehearsed oral presentation that shares all of your information and follows the script provided
