Lai-Ga-Sau Kung Fu is rooted in traditional Kung Fu established in China around 2700BC. We offer an updated breed of this Chinese martial art evolved over centuries but with a twist to meet the today's modern requirements
The style encompasses an array of high and low kicks, walking techniques and weaponry such as the sword and staff.
