Traditional Techniques and Weapons Training

Lai-Ga-Sau Kung Fu is rooted in traditional Kung Fu established in China around 2700BC. We offer an updated breed of this Chinese martial art evolved over centuries but with a twist to meet the today's modern requirements

The style encompasses an array of high and low kicks, walking techniques and weaponry such as the sword and staff. It also includes more modern elements such as knife defence and points (competition-style) sparring

Join us at one of our classes for an exciting introduction into this very broad martial art. Our professional instructors are always happy to welcome beginners or experienced practitioners from other styles

Professional Tuition

Our instructors are all long-standing martial artists in their own right and show their commitment to professional tuition by individual membership of the Amateur Martial Associations and SportsCoach UK
