The Lexington Glen Homeowners Association annual business meeting will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012. Our meeting will begin at 7:00 pm and will be held at the at the Buehler's community room. Our guest speaker will be Chief Donahue of the City of Delaware Fire Department, who will discuss the construction plans for the new Lexington Glen Fire Station to be located at the corner of Lexington Blvd. and Central Ave. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!

Lexington Glen HOA is in need of trustees! Three of our six current board members have terms that will expire in April 2012. We are looking for homeowners with an interest in serving our community. We also are in need of a trustee to take over as webmaster. Our webmaster (and outgoing trustee Sandy), has offered to help whomever takes over the website to learn the ropes! Welcome to Lexington Glen! On behalf of the Home Owner's Association (HOA) we would like to welcome you to our neighborhood.

Please ensure that you have a copy of the covenants of our neighborhood. If you did not receive them at closing, they are available here on our website

The Lexington Glen Home Owners Association would like you to be advised that any building projects (i.e. – sheds, fences, change in exterior color etc.) must have prior approval by the Lexington Glen Trustees. Please submit any requests in writing to our P.O. Box.

All residents are reminded that the speed limit within our subdivision is 25 miles per hour. Please help us protect our children, bikers, etc. by obeying the speed limit.

Lexington Glen HOA welcomes any suggestions, questions or comments you may have. Please feel free to contact us either by mail or email.
