This document was put together to collect and publish information about Christian T. Findahl and his descendants. The goal in its assembly was to make it as complete as possible and to provide all descendants the opportunity and ability to make any contributions, whether it be pictures or prose.  With this Internet edition of the family history, it is now readily available to all current and future generations to update as they see fit and to preserve the history of the Christian T. Findahl family. 

The book is written about an immigrant from Norway, Christian T. Findahl, and his wife Anna, who was the daughter of Norwegian immigrants.   It is also about their children, and the enormous success they had in America settling the Dakota Territory.  His children and their spouses and their descendants became farmers, ranchers, businessmen, grain merchants, lawyers, educators, musicians, artists, architects, nurses, corporate executives, mathematicians, engineers and many other walks of life.  Many of his descendants served their country in Wars around the world and at least one gave his life for the cause of freedom.
