Metal Type: Hundreds of fonts are available. An inventory list is not posted as it changes too often. New fonts are continually added as purchased shops are processed in: after each Open Date fonts sold are deleted. It's an ongoing struggle to keep our in-house list current without the added burden or time trying to keep an online inventory straight. If there's a particular face/point size you're interested in email the details and we'll check it's availability. Remember: most of our type is used and while we'll be objective as possible, what one sees as decent condition someone else may consider unacceptable. Selling/buying used type sight unseen is risky business! Also, the matter of packing type to ship must be considered. To ship one or two cases, a custom carton with starofoam and corrugated cardboard is crafted. Type 30 pt. or larger is most often fonted on galleys or in sturdy boxes. Extra charges apply with both options and vary accordingly. [No charge to pi and ship!] Packing/shipping type is a lot of work! Occasionally, with a large acquisition that includes a number of "nice" faces, a partial listing will be posted here. However: those fonts will be sold first come/first served at the store for at least 10 Open Dates before online sales will be accepted. Nor will recently added fonts be set aside or held pending your arrival. From previous experience fonts have languished three or four months or simply never picked up.
