To the Chicopee location: From Boston – Rt. 90 (Mass Pike) West to Exit 5. From Albany – Rt. 90 (Mass Pike) East to Exit 5. From New Hampshire/Vermont – Rt. 91 South to Rt. 90 (Mass Pike), East on Mass Pike to Exit 5. (See NOTE below.) At Exit 5 – go through toll booth, bear left towards Holyoke. At end of ramp turn right, proceed to fourth traffic light. Turn left, proceed about 50 yards. Turn right on North Chicopee Street (between the chain link fence and before the railroad underpass -- do not go under the bridge!). Stay left of the building,
follow the signs. From Connecticut/New York/New Jersey – Rt. 91 North to Rt. 391 North. Take Exit 4, at end of ramp turn left. Proceed down the hill to the traffic light, turn right. At the fourth light turn right under the railroad bridge. Turn left immediately on to North Chicopee Street (between the underpass and the chain link fence). Stay left of the building, follow the signs. NOTE: For those coming south on RT. 91 who would turn on to RT. 116 East and come through Holyoke, be advised the Cabot Street Bridge between Holyoke and Chicopee is now closed for repairs. The detour is lengthy and complicated. Unless you have GPS to navigate around it, you should stay on Rt. 91 to the Mass Pike as detailed above. Likewise, if Google or Mapquest direct you to Rt. 116 East, stay on Rt. 91 South to the Mass Pike.
