The Symposium in Honor of William A. Lester, Jr.’s 70th Birthday will be held at the University of California, Berkeley, situated in the Berkeley Hills overlooking the San Francisco Bay. 

The campus is surrounded by wooded, rolling hills and commands striking views of the Bay, Oakland, San Francisco,
and the Golden Gate.
