Summary of Enhancements
 
Listings Event Manager
 

Sales Associates consider Price Reduction and Open House to be the most beneficial practices in selling a property within a shorter time frame. Although this information is advertised in MLS, Sales Associates want to broadcast the news immediately to agents who were previously interested in the property. Listing agents, their assistants and office staff frequently spend additional time making calls and advising agents about the recent changes on a listing.

 
Commander 5.1 automated these features. Event Notification works in the background similar to Showing Feedback.  Events can be generated by Front Office operator using quick!Office Commander and / or by Sale Representatives using Commander 5.  When the Listing status is changed to indicate Price Reduction, Offer Registered, or when the Open House information is recorded, the system generates and automatically sends notification to recipients specified in Event Configuration. The letters (notification) can be modified according to your preferences, while a link displays the details of the property including picture if available.
