2011 Q2 Front Office v3.59

quick!Office Commander Front Office version 3.59 with the Virtual Office 6.1 is now available for BETA testing. This release includes many new features, but our main focus was on 3 items:
 
1. SSL communication: Bell notified their subscribers, that Sympatico would be discontinuing the use of existing SMTP severs for email transmission. Only SSL authenticated email transmission will be supported through Sympatico services. To support Commander clients using Sympatico servers, we built a new component supporting SSL communication. File / Set Program Preferences - F6 includes a flag to switch to SSL
 
2. Unconfirmed Appointments is now available with Virtual Office. The process is completely revamped to support an unlimited number of contacts. Showings can be confirmed by each appointment, or with each contact for multiple showings. Call the Seller or Showing Agent once and confirm all the appointments.
 
3.  Integration with SettlementRoom. SettlementRoom is a Transaction Mamagement System providing 24/7 access to all involved parties. Features include task tracking, activity reminders, document storage and more. SettlementRoom reduces time spent by office admin on "status" check calls and "chasing" the agents for missing information such as lawyer names. Document storage provides a paperless solution to brokers and the agents. MySettlementRoom button in Virtual Office bypasses confidential password providing agents with easy access to their transactions. Some of other powerful enhancements include:
  • Pending showing(s) for listings that changed status to inactive. When the listing status is changed to Sold, Leased, Cancelled, Suspended or Expired, appointments that have been confirmed for future, are moved automatically to the Unconfirmed Appointments screen. A yellow bar indicates the listing status has changed and the wizard will guide you through calling the Showing Agent to cancel the appointment confirmed prior to the listing status change.
  • Ability to import External Agent Datbase from Oakville Board
  • Add custom questions to Showing Feedback Questionnaire. Office administrator can create new questions. Sale Representatives can select the questions they want to use with their listings.
  • Showing Feedback is compatible with Blackberry
  • Commission Payout notification can be e-mailed to Buying and Selling agents (View attached presentation)
