To become a part of the quick!Community, enable this feature in Commander 5 / Set up / Application Setup. The agent who is not interested, can be opted out of the quick!Community in Commander 5 under Contact Lists / Phone List /Confidential TAB. The e-mail information included in your Phone List will be automatically transmitted to the mutual pool at the time specified in Set up configuration. The management team has access to the reports, which include the names of the agents and the contents of the sent messages Payout Notification Two fields have been added to Listing / Custom Info Tab that allow administators with Security Level 9 to select the payout date from the calendar and enter detailed notes such as location where the cheque will be ready and / or other comments. When “Save” is selected, the system automatically generates and sends an e-mail to the Listing Agent according to the template letter created in Commander 5 / Set up / Template Letter, which can be modified.
