In our last Newsletter we highlighted the features and main benefits of using quick!Office Commander Back Office® combined with Commander Front Office & QuickBooks® .  As a certified QuickBooks Silver Developer, Leading Edge created real-time integration for Commander Back Office to and from QuickBooks. Open logic allows integration to many Microsoft® products as well.  And it’s a true integration – not an import. A few clicks of the mouse – and you are done.

A few clicks of the mouse – what could be simpler?

  • Listings in Commander Front Office, with Status changed to Conditional or Sold Firm, can be transferred to Commander Back Office including condition types and expiry dates. Additionally legal description, sellers names and all related information are transferred. (See a sample)
  • New agents (and their profile information) entered in Commander Front Office migrate to Commander Back Office and QuickBooks with the click of a button. (See a sample) Any revisions to agent data can be easily updated in QuickBooks too.
  • Search Commander Front Office External Agent Database to find the agents who participated in the transaction and transfer their information including company's name, phone number and agent's e-mail address. (See a sample)
  • Agent billing balances are shared between both programs and update automatically when an agent is billed or has paid all or part of what is owed; agents assigned to transactions that are being closed have their balances updated in real time prior to closing.
  • Trust deposits entered in Commander Back Office post to QuickBooks either right away, or in a batch – again with 1 click of a button; interest and/or processing fees earned and paid can be posted after closing if required.
  • Upon closing, trust disbursements integrate automatically and balances are adjusted with either commission receivable from the seller or a balance of deposit due to the buyer.
  • Closed a transaction incorrectly? Reversing a deal is a breeze. All entries in QuickBooks are voided with one click of the Reverse button.
