The house decorated and in good condition is situated in a quiet residential location a short walk to the centre of Montrichard which has all facilities, it stands in a beautiful landscaped garden 2450 square meters (0.60 acre)  it is approached through lockable gates that opens onto its own drive. 


On the ground floor there is a lounge/diningroom, fitted kitchen, a toilet with wash basin hot and cold water, and what is by far its best feature  a beautiful oak staircase which leads to  the  upper  floor.

The Gardens      
 
The beautiful landscaped gardens in front is well established set mainly to lawn it extends to just below the marbled terrace fronting the house, this part of the garden has a special feature a natural water source (a spring) which as been made into a rustic fish pond and cascade.
  The extensive garden to the rear is well stocked with flowers, shrubes, roses, and a large variety of fruit and nut trees.

                        

Montrichard  
  Situated on the north bank of the Cher river about twenty miles east of
Tours, Montrichard is well positioned.
  Once an important medieval city it is now a bustling market town, in the twelfth century it was home to the celebrated English king Richard 1
(the lion heart).
