To go to your room, you will go through the hall and corridor where you will be able to admire the work ( engravings and pastels) of François Verdier, artist living near Niort (South West of France).
 RATES: 45 € / room for 2 people ROOM 1: 1 double bed and private bathroom
  ROOM 2: 2 single beds and private bathroom
 N.B. There is only one bathroom for guests'own use, that's why we never take reservations for more than one room at the same dates to ensure private and exclusive access to the bathroom . (except if both rooms are reserved by the same person, for a family who doesn't mind sharing for example)
 Available in both rooms:
- an electric kettle / tea or coffee making facilities
- an electric fan in summer
Both rooms open onto a large mezzanine-landing that has been turned into a sitting-room for guests'own use.
