Christophe Lenglet

I am a Research Associate in Radiology & Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, I was a Research Scientist in the Imaging & Visualization department at
Siemens Corporate Research (Princeton, NJ). I obtained my Ph.D. in biomedical imaging / neuroscience from INRIA Sophia-Antipolis where I developed mathematical models and computational tools for the analysis of diffusion MRI. I hold M.S. degrees in applied mathematics from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan and in computer science and engineering (minor in neuroscience) from Compiègne University of Technology. My research interests include clinical and neuroscience applications of (high field) MRI, neurodegenerative diseases, anatomical and functional connectivity mapping and neuroanatomy.
