Christophe Lenglet

I am a Research Associate in Radiology & Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, I was a Research Scientist in the Imaging & Visualization department at
Siemens Corporate Research (Princeton, NJ). I obtained my Ph.D. in biomedical imaging / neuroscience from INRIA Sophia-Antipolis (Odyssée Lab) where I have been working on processing tools for diffusion MRI under the supervision of Rachid Deriche and Olivier Faugeras. I hold M.S. degrees in applied mathematics from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan and in computer science and engineering (with a minor in cognitive science) from Compiègne University of Technology. My research interests include clinical and neuroscience applications of MRI, anatomical and functional connectivity mapping, diffusion MRI, differential geometry, statistics and partial differential equations.
