Event Centre

The Event Centre is The Foy Centre, Dundalk Street, Carlingford, which is close to the centre of the village. Its map grid reference is J188 115. Phone number +353 (0) 42 938 3624 . The Event Centre also contains a coffee shop which will be open between 12pm and 4pm serving light lunches. They can also supply packed lunches if ordered in advance.
Changing facilities with hot showers and toilets will also be available.

 

 

Carlingford is 107 km from Dublin and 80 km from Belfast. Low cost airlines fly to both Belfast and Dublin with the latter airport being close to the M1 motorway that now runs to the north of Dundalk. Car ferries operate from Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire and Dublin Port , Fishguard to Rosslare, and from Cairnryan or Stranraer to Belfast (more convenient for the event) or Larne.

Please note that if you are bringing a minibus with more than 7 passengers, the driver must have an appropriate licence to conform to EU regulations.

Parking

Limited parking will be available within the grounds of the Foy Centre and also in the adjacent School. We would ask drivers not to park on the playing fields and to follow the instructions of the marshals. Additional parking is available will be available on Dundalk Street.
