Whist writing our family history it lead me to put this web site together, perhaps it may assist JRs of the time to make contact with their mates, also share some RAN experiences and provide the opportunity for others to see those forgotten photographs.

Can someone tell us when, as a JR,  we had to sew on the "AUSTRALIA" flash?  Maybe it was years later; but when did RAN start to use these on the RAN uniform.
 
       
Do you know anyone in the photo above?
