Train: St Mary's School is almost midway between Menston and Guiseley railway stations, but slightly nearer Menston station. There are trains every half hour (or hourly later in the evening) from Leeds or Bradford to Menston train station which is ¾ mile (15 minute walk) from St Mary's School (see map), the train journey takes 15 - 20 minutes, you can find train times at www.northernrailway.co.uk/stations/MNN#station-timetables (from Leeds/Bradford), www.nationalrail.co.uk (for trains from further away).

Bus: You can also travel by bus, there are buses every half hour from Leeds, the journey takes approx 50 minutes, www.metrojourneyplanner.info/journeyplanner/enterJourneyPlan.do?. There are several buses passing the school; 33 (Leeds - Otley), 652 (Bradford - Ilkley), 653 (Bradford - Harrogate), 654 (Bradford - Pool). You can use the Traveline Journey Planner to work out your route.

Pedal Cycle: The school is very close to the West Yorkshire Cycle Way. Cycle route planner

Flying Machine: St Mary's School is just over 4 miles from Leeds-Bradford Airport, the 737 or 967 buses go from the airport to Guiseley/Menston respectively, you can find out more information about aeroplane pollution at www.foe.co.uk/resource/briefings/air_transport_key_facts.pdf.

The nearest accident and emergency hospital is Bradford Royal Infirmary which is 6 miles away, though the convention is next door to Menston Ambulance Station, but ambulances are not really public transport.

Motorised Road Vehicle: If you are travelling by road you can use the googlemap below to get directions. There will be parking in the school car park.

Map:

As well as the googlemap below there is also an old map showing local amenities here (note Fox pub has closed, Harry Ramsdens is now Wetherby Whaler and there is Aldi supermarket behind Wetherby Whaler).
