Leadeship Practice Group (LPG)

Our Program Vision

LPG provides an inspiring and a supportive place for its members to practice leadership skills and to become the kind of leader that they want to be.

Join us as we conduct Phase 2 of our 2008-2009 LPG Program.

Golden Triangle of Leadership

How often have you attended an inspiring leadership workshop and so motivated that you vowed you would come back to your workplace and do the things that would change the world but only to find that after a week or two of enthusiasm you would fall back to the old grind and just float along?

How often have you thought to yourself, "I can be more influential, more effective if only .... "  or  "I can be a leader, but ....." ?

LPG helps you recognize that you are not alone in having those "if only ..."  and those "but ..." kinds of limiting thoughts. The work is how you process those doubts and manage those negative beliefs. Does your mind control you and define you? Or, do you control your mind and your thoughts and make them work for you?

If you are interested in developing the mental muscles to take responsibility to change your thoughts and change your life, you will find great companions in LPG.

LPG is more about living leadership than talking leadership. It's about rolling up your sleeves and with support from your fellow travelers to live a leadership life from the present moment --now, today--that has no pre-conditions on past experiences. It's about learning and doing the lessons of taking ownership of your life with no blaming.  It's about harnessing your power to create a reality that is purposeful and principled.

If you are part of our group,  you will find understanding at moments of doubts, encouragement when you have setbacks, patient listening when you just need to talk and not looking for unwanted advice. We provide friendship not showmanship.

If you stick to the program, you will transform yourself. You will discard those unconscious and unnecessary thoughts and actions that  impede your personal growth and change into someone who deliberately chooses to be successful, effective and positive.

Take a look at the LPG brochure and call one of us. Also, take a look at the presentation and discussion material used in our kickoff early this year.

You will find us on Facebook if you do a search of groups. We are called the Leadership Practice Group. Or, try clicking this link:
