Mark E. McBeth's passion and experience in distributed leadership are shaping school, district, and statewide leadership initiatives directed at providing educators with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance and change practices. Mark works primarily with school superintendents, district-level leaders, principals, assistant principals, and teacher leaders. However, he has worked extensively with school improvement teams, school faculties and professional organizations. He translates current leadership research into a practical framework to help educational leaders improve their practice and positively influence school wide performance.
