Programming

 
Story Time:
Free for children ages 3-6 Tuesday mornings from 10:15-11:15 and Saturday mornings from 10:30-11:15.
(Times are approximate.)  @ the Library.
 
Chapter Club:
Mr. Petersilie reads award winning chapter books on Wednesdays at the library from 4-5 pm.  For ages 7 and up.
 
Teen Advisory Board:
For middle and high school students who like to take advantage of library resources and like to have input in what goes on at the library.  TAB meets once a month in the library conference room.
 
Friends of the Library:
Non-Profit organization dedicated to promotion of library service in La Crescent.  Contact library for information on how to join.
 
Summer Reading:
A six week program during June and July for readers, listeners, and teens alike.  Extras include Story and Craft time on Thursdays at 10:30 (@ library), prizes for reaching reading goals, and featured speakers on a variety of topics.  Find out more on the Kid Pages.
