Visitation Policies- Library usage is a privilege that will be removed if students do not comply with proper behavior and procedures.
- The library is to be used for reading, research, and homework only.
- Library hours are Monday & Friday from 7:30 - 2:45, Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30 - 3:30, and Wednesday from 7:30 - 2:00.
- Students must have a pass to visit the library during the day.
- Students must sign in when visiting the library during school hours.
- Food, drink, and cell phones are not permitted in the library.
- Students are expected to behave responsibly and to be courteous to others.
Circulation Policies- Students, faculty, and staff have full library privileges.
- Fiction and non-fiction books are checked out for three weeks at a time. The fine for an overdue book is $0.10 per school day.
- Books may be renewed if no one else is waiting for the book.
- Reference books may be checked out for one night only. The fine for overnight books is $1.00 per day.
- Patrons may reserve books that are in circulation.
- Patrons are responsible for and must pay for lost/damaged books.
Copying & Printing Policies- All pages printed and copied must be for school-related work.
- Photocopies are $0.10 each.
- Materials printed in color are $0.50 per page.
- Pages printed on the black and white printer are free for the first 3 pages (remember: paper prints double-sided). After 3 pages, the cost is $0.10 per page.
Policies for Teachers- Teachers may sign up to bring their classes to the library for research purposes.
- A copy of the student's assignment is needed so that resources can be prepared.
- Please sign up as early in advance as possible.
