Livingston County Chorale to hold Auditions: The Livingston County Chorale is holding auditions for all three choirs; the Chorale, the Women’s Chorus and the Youth Choir.
Kelli Falls is the new Director for the Livingston County Chorale. Ms. Falls was chosen by the Chorale to replace Reed Criddle, who directed the group for the past two seasons. Falls teaches middle school vocal music at Three Fires Middle School in Howell. She received her Bachelor of Music from Western Michigan University and her Master’s degree in Choral Directing from Michigan State University. Ms. Falls has directed and choreographed ten musicals and conducts the select middle school choir at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp during the summer. She has served as the director for district honors choirs, worked as a clinician and student teacher mentor and has taught master’s degree classes at Western Michigan University. She is active in state level vocal music associations and serves a judge for music festivals. Falls directed the first Children’s Choir for the Livingston County Chorale Family from 2002 – 2005 and has conducted the Ensemble group for the adult Chorale. Ms. Falls is excited to be a part of the Livingston County Chorale family once again and looks forward to making beautiful music in the community.
