Please be aware that active LBHS Theatre Booster members will be given priority when selecting chaperones for all theatre and thespian events. All chaperones must wear a LBHS Theatre Booster
polo while accompanying students. If you did not receive a polo at your patron level, it may be purchased separately.
Chaperones must be registered Dividends for Seminole County Public Schools. Please note that this is an annual process and that your Dividend registration is good from July 1st through the end of the school year. You may register as a Dividend, online, at www.scps.k12.fl.us/community_involvement/Dividends.cfm
All chaperones that plan to drive students to or from events must be on Lake Brantley's Approved Drivers List. This form must be completed annually and can be found in the "Forms" section. The approval process can take up to 3 weeks, so please get them turned in as soon as possible.
Any chaperone that will be supervising students on an overnight event must be fingerprinted at the Seminole County Public Schools office, located at 400 East Lake Mary Boulevard, Sanford. For office hours and additional information, please call (407) 320-0457.
