Changes:

1) Resource copying is now optional and can be switched off (request CTapMex)

2) Added command line parameter /CopyResources+-

3) Fixed bug which allowed to add empty strings to scan paths(reported pseud)

4) Fixed: Cannot terminate an externally created thread. when terminated already finished compiling process (reported pseud)

5) Added possibility to compile Debug DCU version. It fixes bugs with non-working CodeCompletion, which requires Debug Dcu.
