This tutorial was written in Psp X but is compatible in any version.

Supplies

Tube or Image of choice – I used the artwork of Jennifer Janesko. You can purchase her art from http://creativeimagelicensing.com/

Kit of Choice - I am using a Kit called Night Sky which can be purchased at http://lavadownunderscraps.blogspot.com/

Mask of choice

Font of Choice - I am using Qwigley

Let’s get started…..remember have Fun!!

Open a blank canvas 600x600
Flood fill with white.

Open engraved round frame - resize - paste as new layer.
Add drop shadow of choice.

Open tube or image - paste as new layer.
Move this under frame layer.
If any part is showing under frame use your lasso tool to highlight and delete.
Add drop shadow of choice.

Open Leaf Branch - resize - paste as new layer.
Move to bottom of frame.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Duplicate and with deform tool - sightly rotate up.
Use my tag as a guide.

Open Cabbage Rose - resize - paste as new layer.
I used 2 different colour Rose's.
Move to the right - over the stem ends.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Repeat this step with the second Rose.
Use my tag as a guide for placement.

Open Glitter Bird - resize - paste as new layer.
Place where desired.
Add drop shadow of choice.

Open Bow - resize - paste as a new layer.
Free rotate - right - 25
Add drop shadow of choice.
Duplicate - mirror.( You may need to re-adjust bows if not using the same frame)

Open Heart Charm - resize - paste as new layer.
Move this layer under the right side Bow.
Add drop shadow of choice.

Open a dark paper from kit - resize - paste as new layer.
Add mask - Source luminance, fit to canvas, show all mask checked. Merge group.

Add text and copyright information.

Save as a JPEG or PNG.
