 Arizona is a 1999 Thoroughbred gelding and he's Lauren's personal horse. Arizona has done just about everything Lauren has asked him to do, from hunters to moving cattle, dressing up like a pirate, weekend camping trips and finally, their mutual passion, eventing! Arizona is called "Ari" around the barn and is known for his lazy demeanor, strong opinions and love of all things edible. Arizona recently lost his left eye to a degenerative eye condition called uveitis and his future as an event horse was unsure, but he let Lauren know, loud and clear, that he was back and better than ever! Ari and Lauren are successfully competing at Novice this year and they hope to move up to training in 2012- better late than never!
Giovanni "Gio" was adopted from a Kentucky Animal Shelter in 2005 and is believed to be a beagle/Jack Russell cross. He is very spoiled, has a nose for trouble and is quite the talker!
Shealeigh "Shea" was adopted from Metro Animal Control in 2007 after being turned in not once... not twice... but THREE times. Shea is smart and VERY outgoing... and cute, too!
