Spirit Wear 2011


You can order your Spirit Wear at our monthly PTA events or turn in the below order form to the school with your payment in an envelope addressed to spiritwear.  All orders will be delivered to your child's class. Parents don't forget we have Spiritwear for adults! See attachments at the bottom of the page to print out a PDF of the order forms.

***Please do not send cash as the PTA cannot be held responsible for lost funds.

***If your check is returned, NSF, it may be re-presented electronically, and you will be assessed a processing fee of $20-$30 or the maximum amount allowed by law. The check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorney's fees, court costs and taxes.
