Menu of Services

Call 717 350-3311 to book skincare analysis (SAM services) & introductory packages.

Relaxation       Relaxation or Swedish Massage is a technique which uses a combination of kneading, rolling, percussion, and tapping. Swedish massage not only reduces stress but through improved circulation, can facilitate the body’s natural healing processes.                 $ 60 / hr   $ 45 / 45 min   $ 30 / ½ hr

Deep Tissue     Deep Tissue massage is well suited for the relief of repetitive strain injuries, chronic neck and back pain, and headaches. This therapy is intended to relieve and breakdown adhesions and deep muscle spasms (knots). Deep Tissue massage is therapeutic in nature and incorporates the use of the therapist’s forearms, and elbows with slower strokes and deeper pressure than Swedish Massage. Therapist will also address Trigger Points as they are found. $70 / hr  $55 / 45 min   $40 / ½ hr    $85 / 75 min    $110 / 90 min

Thai Yoga         Thai Yoga massage, also known as Naud Bo Rarn, is unique in that it energizes and invigorates the client as well as being one of the most relaxing therapies offered. Thai Yoga massage is practiced on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed. The client is led and assisted through a variety of yoga positions as the therapist coaches breathing patterns and maintains session rhythm. There is also the use of compression at different points throughout the session. Thai Yoga massage is an excellent choice for increasing range of motion as well as improving and maintaining flexibility. Sessions will be designed to best meet the client’s goals.       $85  /  90 min     $115  /  120 min *       (Thai Yoga massage cannot be scheduled for less than 90 min)

* Due to the coaching involved in the initial Thai Yoga massage session, clients new to this therapy are encouraged to book one session per week for two consecutive weeks. This will enable the client to better assess the effectiveness of this therapy. Latty Massage & Bodywork will offer these first two sessions for $140 ($70 each). Each session following will be priced as above.

Myofascial Release       Myofascial Release uses sustained pressure and movement in order to stretch the fascia which surrounds not only muscle fiber bundles but also the muscle belly itself. When the fascia is released it can allow for a noticeable increase in the range of motion of the restricted muscle or muscle groups. Myofascial Release is an excellent treatment choice when recovering from injuries such as a sprained ankle or plantar fasciitis. This therapy is also used to relieve the muscle tension associated with conditions such as fibromyalgia and scoliosis.  $ 60/hr

Hot Stone Massage      Hot Stone Massage uses the same techinques involved with Swedish or Relaxation Massage. The therapist uses heated basalt stones instead of their hands to perfom the massage. The stones are used with massage oil to reduce friction on the skin. Hot Stone Massage is an optimum way to add variety to your relaxation massage.  $70 / hr    $50 / 45 min  $40 / ½ hr

Combination Sessions

Deep Tissue/Thai Yoga  This includes 30-45 min of Deep Tissue massage for a specific muscle group and the remaining time practicing Thai Yoga massage isolating that muscle group. These sessions would be tailored to the specific need of the client. $110 /90 min

Deep Tissue/Hot Stone Therapy  This session would be similar to a Deep Tissue session except that heat therapy would be used in the form of hot stones to penetrate deep muscle strain in specific areas being worked.  $75 / hr   $55 / 45 min  $45 / 30 min
