New: Urban Freeway-Cap Park Project

LASC has recently released a new Fellows RFP for the development of a policy briefing on Urban Freeway-Cap Parks: Considering the Barriers and Opportunities for More Park Space in Los Angeles. To see the RFP and the scope of the project see the attached Word Document.
