LAS members are invited to submit PDS application for the award of Practicing Professional (PP) (valid 1 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2011). You should have accumulated the required 500 PDS points for any of the following period · 1 Feb 2008 to 31 Jan 2009 · 1 Mar 2008 to 28 Feb 2009 · 1 Apr 2008 to 31 Mar 2009 To submit, 1. Please fill in the PDS Activities Record Form - available in http://sites.google.com/site/laspds09/download> 2. Please make sure that you have fulfilled all the requirements to be qualified. The form will indicate whether you have achieved the required status. 3. Email the completed form to the Secretary, PDS Board <laspds09@gmail.com> on or before 20 Apr 2009 3. The Working Committee will scrutinize the form and inform you if the submitted form is in order. After this, you will be instructed to submit the printed copy with the necessary declaration.
