Application is open now for members (PP expiring in Jun 2011) to renew their status as well as for new applicants who wish to qualify for PP. The qualifying period for this application is Jul 2009 to Jun 2011. The new expiration date for successful applicants will be Jun 2013.
Please fill in the PDS Activities Record Form (PAR) (click side bar) and submit to PDS Working Committee on or before 18 Jul 2011.
