Ice Cream Lab

Recipe for making ice cream:

1.     Add ¼ cup sugar, ½ cup whole milk, ½ cup half and half or cream, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla to a quart Ziploc bag (add about 1 tbs of chocolate chips or as desired)

2.     Seal the quart bag.

3.     Put 4 cups of ice and ½ cup salt in a gallon Ziploc bag.

4.     Place the quart bag inside the gallon bag and seal.

5.     Shake for 10 minutes.

6.     Enjoy your ice cream!
