Some of the properties listed below are for sale. Where this is the case it has been clearly indicated and contact details have been provided. The other properties are not explicitly for sale, but have been vacated or otherwise neglected. Judging by the untidy condition in which they've been left, these properties are presumably unwanted by their respective owners. It is believed that the owners of these properties in particular might very well be receptive to very 'ambitious' offers and willing to sell cheaply. There could really be some incredible bargains to be had here, and with the nearby golf course (and several other high-profile improvements scheduled for Playa Blanca), property value is only likely to go in one direction! Most of the apartments on the complex are privately owned, but some are owned by companies. In particular, those owned by Playa Blanca 2000 S.A. and Lansol S.A are believed to have been used for accommodation for staff of the hotels Timanfaya Palace and Lanzarote Palace respectively. Some of the properties are in need of varying degrees of cosmetic attention, but all are believed to be structurally sound*
Note that (unless specifically for sale) we have only listed properties that are owned by companies. In addition to these however, there are several bungalows and apartments that are owned by individuals who no longer seem to be interested in keeping them in a decent condition. It is therefore believed that these owners could potentially be willing to sell for a bargain price. If you might be interested in such properties, we will try to obtain the contact details of the owners. Please note that we are not agents or intermediaries and as such have no
financial interest in the marketing or sale of these properties in any
way. We are private owners of other property on this complex who are
naturally disappointed that these apartments and bungalows have been
neglected in this way and would like to see them restored to their
former glory. We believe that there are potentially some real bargains
to be had! Furthermore, some property owners on this complex owe significant amounts of money to the community in unpaid community fees. If these fees remain unpaid, the administration will be obliged to recover the debts by seizing the properties and placing them up for sale for whatever they can get. Note however that to our knowledge this doesn't apply to the the propeties listed above. * A survey is always recommended when purchasing property. |
