All of our items are made from scratch using combinations of tapioca flour, potato flour, potato starch, white rice flour, sweet rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, millet flour, quinoa flour, flax seed meal, xanthan gum, and/or rice bran. In fact, we only use gluten-free flours in our kitchen. Additionally, we don't use dyes or food colorings in any of our products. We suggest that all Simply Free products be stored in the refrigerator or freezer, as they are preservative-free.
