Dispatcher is simple port forward utility for Microsoft Windows

This utility was designed to forward TCP/IP traffic from one address+port to another address+port. Generally you can use it to connect two independent networks, I think a good example can explain it very well:
   
     

Compatible with Windows XP and above.
Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, can be freely downloaded from Microsoft website here.
