I have put together this basic site to help share information and documents with you. I am not responsible for the content of documents provided by Lambeth Council, Lambeth Living or its Associates or Affiliates, including and not exclusively Employees, Contractors etc. My aim is to empower you with the tools and directions to help you fight your corner. I cannot take on your case-work because I too have a handful of stuff that I am working on for my own home, but through this site, I hope that you will get the information that you need to progress your case further. I represent residents across the North of the Borough who are being stung for false charges, incorrect bills and being asked to pay for inefficient services and am championing value for money and honesty in management of Lambeth Living and the contractors that are employed by Lambeth. I represent value for money and following the leaseholds legislation for all my neighbours. I hope this site is helpful for you and please give me feedback on what additional sections you would find useful or if there is something that you think I could add to help other Leaseholders in the North Lambeth area. Together we will push Lambeth for value for money and fair charges and maybe someday we will be free to relax and enjoy our homes. After all, isn't that why we bought them?
