The interim owners association aims to represent the views and interests of the owners of units in Lake View to Damac Lake View Co. LTD. We believe that as busy people scattered around the world it is in our interests to have someone on the ground in Dubai to collate and represent our views.

Why should I trust you with my data?
We are a bunch of owners of apartments in Lakeview and have decided that we should club together to exert pressure on Damac. There are a hundreds of posting including pictures on the Lake View forums at skyscrapercity.com. What will happen with my data?
The data you submit on this form will be collated and shared with Damac to encourage them to listen to us. There is strength in numbers but only if we can organise ourselves.
Since handover there has been no progress on finishing off the building.
Our only option is to withhold payment of service charges until things are resolved. We don't expect that to be without pain but we can't see any other option.
We promise not to sell you contact details or divulge your information to a third party without your permission. etc. etc.
Why an Interim Association why can't we be the official Association?
We have decided the best plan at this stage would be to form an interim owners association. This will allow us to establish a data base of owners and unit numbers and to form a collective voice.
