How to Register: Attend one of the registration dates at Cactus Park- Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate, the player registration form must be completely filled out and signed by the child's parent or legal guardian
14/16U - 12U and 6U are now closed. We still have open spots in 8 and 10u. Please contact Shelley McDaniel for registration information for these two divisions 619-384-2550.

  • Forms:
  • Player Registration Form - Required for every child to play. You can also fill out a triplicate form at Cactus Park
  • Volunteer Application Form - Required for all Volunteers.
  • Parents, please volunteer, ask at registration how you can help your daughter’s team
Included:
The registration fee includes: insurance, team shirt, and visor. 

Fundraiser 

Again, this year there will be a fundraiser.  Each child is required to sell the specified fundraiser, or if you prefer, you can “buy out” for $30.00. The TOTAL cost of the fundraiser ($50.00) will be REQUIRED at the time of registration.

New player Referral:  Refer a friend to our league and receive $20.00 credit towards our Snack bar (excludes 6U players).
