Summer 2011 House League Registration

Lakeshore Youth Soccer Association (LYSA) provides an opportunity for children ages

5-19 years of age to learn to play soccer in a fun atmosphere at Wendt Beach.

 

WHEN:          Online registration is available now online at www.LakeshoreSoccer.net.  

Walk-in registration will take place on Saturday, March 19^th from 10am until 1pm. 

REGISTRATION FORMS WILL NOT BE MAILED.

 

WHERE:         Walk-in registration on March 19^th will be at St. John’s Lutheran Church on Gold Street in Angola.

 

FEES:             First player - $65, Second player - $55, Third and additional players - $45 each.

There are a limited number of scholarship registrations available.  A copy of a free or reduced lunch letter is required to qualify for a scholarship registration.  Scholarships are limited to the first two players in a family.  After April 20^th no scholarships will be awarded.

Fees for scholarship eligible players are

First and second players - $40 each, Third and additional players - $45 each.

 

After April 20^th there will be an additional $10 per player late fee. 

 

WHO:              Children ages 5 – 19 as determined by their age on August 1^st.  Actual age groups will depend on enrollments. 

First time players will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.

 

SPONSORS:  Team sponsorships are $200 per team per season.  One player’s registration can be waived for each sponsorship. 

To qualify for a sponsorship player fee waiver you MUST submit a sponsorship for with payment.

 

DRAFT:           A limited draft and coaches meeting will take place on April 30^th.  Coaches and Assistant coaches should plan to attend the draft.

 

VOLUNTEERS:  If you are interested in coaching please indicate so when registering your children online.  If you don’t have children to register but

would like to coach, help with concessions, maintenance, setup or teardown, go to www.LakeshoreSoccer.net and click on the

Volunteer to Coach or Help link in the top left corner of the page.  We are required to submit all volunteer names for a background check.  Checks are random and we do not receive the results.

 

We have volunteers that can provide guidance for inexperienced coaches.
