Click here and if your email address is on file with LYSA your password will be emailed to you promptly.  It will be sent to the email address you entered when you initially signed up.  WNYRIC and some other addresses may use spam filters that will prevent you from receiving emails from Lakeshore Youth Soccer Association.

Registration

Registration will open soon and will end April 14th to allow us time to make team assignments and order uniforms.  After April 14th late fees will apply.  You will not be guaranteed a position on a team after April 14th.

There will be a walk in registration on Saturday, March 17th at St. John's Lutheran church on Gold Street in Angola from 10 am until 1 pm.

Scholarship Information
A limited number of scholarship registrations are available.  Scholarships are limited to two per family.  You must a free/reduced lunch form from your school to be considered for eligibility.  You must register prior to April 14th, 2012.  No scholarships will be awarded after April 14th.

Proof of eligibility must be mailed to the LYSA address at the bottom of this page, or brought to the walk in registration.

If you are paying by credit card you will be charged the full amount.  Once we receive proof of eligibility the appropriate amount will be refunded to your credit card.

If you are paying by check use the table above to determine your amount due and send it along with proof of eligibility to the LYSA address below.

Your Email Address is very important
Your email address is important to us and it is our primary means of communication to you.  We do not share mailing lists with anyone.  If your email address has changed since you last registered you will need to use the email address you entered into the registration system to logon.  You will be able to change it after you access the system. 

If you are using an email address from wnyric.org you will not receive confirmations and other emails from Lakeshore Soccer.  wnyric flags emails from LYSA as spam.

If the system has an invalid email address you won't receive a registration confirmation and other important club communications.

If you forgot your password, click the link on the logon screen above the email address field and the system will send your password to you.
