The vacation rental house is the white house with green trim, 153 Moonrise Drive. We live next door. Both houses share the swim dock, sandbox, and swim area.
We are located in the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. By road we are off of Highway 54 in Roach, Missouri. On the water we are north of Bridal cave and south of the Little Niangua Arm.
If you have or will be renting a boat we will provide a slip at the dock of one of the houses. To launch boats there is Larry Gale Public access. Take Kohler Road (off of State Road AA) and follow the signs. Tubes, water ski’s, life vests etc. are your responsibility to bring. You may want to bring: Toys for playing in the Sandbox Water toys - floats, inner tubes, etc.
Fishing poles, etc.
CD player or I-Pod speaker dock Cooler for extra drinks & ice
We have a dog (Roscoe). He is a neutered male mix. Roscoe is a kid loving friendly black/tan coonhound, rott, (+ who knows what), mix who thinks he owns the neighborhood. He will enjoy your family. If he becomes a pest please contact us.
Medical Needs: Lake Regional Hospital is east on Hwy 54 to Nichols Rd. (just past KK) in Osage Beach 573-348-8000 Urgent Care Clinic is located across from the hospital at 5816 Highway 54, Osage Beach. The clinic is open daily for walk-in patients: Mon-Sat 10 to 8 Sun 10 to 4.
