Ready & available when you are!! Use for weekend winter retreat as well as Summer Fun at the lake. Escape the city to relax in our quiet country setting, or stay year round. 1,800 sq. ft. home on the water in a small smooth water cove at the 6.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks.
 
Very few steps to the water. There is a dock with plenty of fishing & swimming space. If you like the outdoors, you'll love the wrap around deck overlooking the lake with ample eating and seating areas and gas grill. There is a covered patio on lower level overlooking the lawn and sandbox area. The east facing location provides shade and makes enjoying the deck and lake view perfect for the long hot summer days.  For the sunseeker the wrap around deck provides you a place to find plenty of sunshine.
 
For Payment you can send a personal check or I will email you an invoice from Paypal. When using Paypal you can use funds from your Paypal account, Bank Account or a Credit Card.
A Deposit of $300 required at booking. Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional deposit.

    • Views: Left of the house is a wooded area and an empty lot.  Right side is our house with another empty wooded lot.  Several homes and docks are along the left side of the cove.  Rear area is all woods.  Across the lake are bluffs with few homes & 2 docks.

Hello,
Thank you for looking at my web page.  A little more about us.  Jim & I moved to Missouri from Colorado in 1996.  We lived in the house (153 Moonrise Drive) that we are now renting as a vacation home.  Three years ago we bought the house next door and began a remodel.  We are finally in.  Our boat is in the dock at rental house.  The docks, sandbox, and swim area will be shared by us and whoever rents the vacation home.  We occassionally have some of our 14 grandchildren visiting.  There is a dock at our house with 2 slips (12 x 32) that will be available.  We have a shop just up the hill where we work and there is plently of room to park trailers.  I am sure you will enjoy your time here at the quieter calmer part of the lake.  I have tried to include information that I thought might be of interest.  Please feel free to contact us at any time with questions or comments.  Here are a few pictures I just took (4-25-09).
