Rules

These are the rules you and your children agreed to when you registered for PE:


Children


1. I will be ON TIME to PE (9 am)!

2. I will not stray from my class for ANY reason so I can stay SAFE!

3. I will only go to the bathrooms with my Coach’s Assistant or my parent.

4. I will NOT do any of the following: 

           Call others names, disrespect others, fight, shove, use profane words, use drugs, alcohol, tobacco products or any behavior that may be considered inappropriate by my coaches. 

 





Parents

1. I understand that parents are ultimately responsible for their own children.

2. I understand that there is a NO DROP OFF Policy at PE.

3. I understand that parental involvement is a requirement for my child to participate in PE.

4. I understand that I have a volunteer obligation to fulfill.

5. I will take full responsibility to notify PE in the case I am unable to fulfill the above responsibility.

6. I understand that I, the parent, must notify individual coaches of any specific medical problems my children may have.

7. I understand and will make sure that my children understand the Lakeland Homeschool PE Kids Codes of Conduct as stated above.

8. If I neglect to do any of the following, I understand Lakeland Homeschool PE will have the right to EXCLUDE my family from participating for the rest of that semester and the next semester, as well.
