Fallon Scates will be finishing off her 8 and Under career with Heza Double Plaudit. Fallon got her start with POA's at a Sturgis IBC show and showed Watch This in lead line events (Thanks Dennie, Reenie and Gabby!). She has been riding KS's Cream Puff Twist, owned by Amanda Cundiff for the past two years. Twist has been the best teacher ever- especially considering she's blind! Horsey Holidays
Easteris nearly here! I hope everyone remembered their ponies when leaving out carrots for the Easter Bunny! New brushes and curry combs are a must right now as the ponies are shedding like mad!

Meetings, Shows and SuchKyPOAC hosted a booth at the Kentucky Equine Youth Festival, Friday, March 10. There were more than 5,500 youth from all across Kentucky and neighboring states in attendance. KyPOAC distributed ALL materials provided by the home office as well as additional pamphlets and magazines provided by the membership! Travis Fortune, Colt, and Fallon Scates enjoyed the demonstrations of each of the FEI events that will be hosted at the World Equestrian Games this fall.
Upcoming Events- Kentucky Equine Youth Festival March 19, 2010 Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, KY.
- The previously planned MSU horse show has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict.
- S.H.O.E shows at Carson Park in Paducah, KY start off the season on Saturday, April 10.
