Let’s Begin

Open a new canvas 550 x 550 in psp. Flood fill with white

Open KyLie_Mask24 in psp
Copy and paste paper4 as a new layer
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Click OK. Merge Group
Duplicate. Merge Down
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur
Follow my settings as below
Click OK

Copy and paste frame2 as a new layer
Carefully erase the ribbon that is hanging down

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Arrange as desired

Copy and paste wrap4 as a new layer
Resize by 80%
Place it just below the tube

Copy and paste flowerbranch1 as a new layer
Resize by 50%
Place it on the right side of frame

Copy and paste rose3 as a new layer
Resize by 40% / Sharpen
Image / Free Rotate / Right / 10
Place it on the right of frame

Resize by 45%
Place it at the tip of flowerbranch1

Resize by 50% / Sharpen

Highlight Wordart
Selections / Select all / float / defloat
Copy and paste paper15 as a new layer
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none
Place it above the original wordart
So you will have a slight shadow

I use the following settings:
H and V 6, Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 Color: Black

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
If you don't wish to animate your tag
Layers / Merge all. Save as a .png or .jpeg
You're done!!!
If you wish to animate, do not merge yet

In your palette, highlight fan3
Duplicate 3 times for a total of 4 identical layers (4 frames)
Name them 1, 2, 3, 4
