Let’s Begin

Open template09 in psp
Delete copyright layer

Open Mask in psp
Copy and paste Paper4 as a new layer.
This layer should be above the background template layer
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Click OK. Merge Group
Duplicate. Merge Down
Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds
See my settings as below
Click OK

We will now work with template
Starting from bottom in the layer palette
In the layer palette / Visibility Toggle
X out (hide) all layers except the circle1
Highlight circle1
Using your magic wand, click inside the circle
Selections / float / defloat
Copy and paste Paper3 as a new layer
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard
Select none

Highlight circle2 layer
Repeat the above step3 for circle2

Using your magic wand, click inside the circle
Selections / Select all / float / defloat
Copy and paste Paper10 as a new layer
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard

Click inside rectangle

Place it in the center of the frame

Put it in place
Drag this layer above the Mask layer

Resize by 50%
Place it on the left of the tube

Copy and paste Charm as a new layer
Resize by 20%
Place it on the right of tube

Resize by 15%
Place it on the left of tube

Copy and paste Fastener1 as a new layer
Resize by 15%
Place it on the top left of frame
Layers / Duplicate / Image / Mirror / Flip

Copy and paste Fastener2 as a new layer
Resize by 18%
Place it on the left of frame
Layers / Duplicate / Image / Mirror
20 Copy and paste PinFlower1 as a new layer
Resize by 25%
Arrange as desired

Add any other embellishments of choice

Drop Shadow of choice
I use the following settings:
H and V 6, Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 Color: Black

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
X out the white background
Layers / Merge visible. Save as a .png
