When you resize, pl ensure that the settings is set to Smart Size
Let’s Begin

Open a new canvas 550 x 550 in psp. Flood fill with white

Open Mask in psp
Copy and paste paper8 as a new layer
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (Uncheck)
Click OK. Merge Group
Layers / Duplicate / Merge Down the Mask
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur
Follow my settings below
Click OK

Copy and paste Frame2 as a new layer
Resize by 80%
Using your magic wand, click inside the frame layer
Please ensure the areas around the ribbons are also clicked
Selections / Select all/ float / defloat
Selections / Modify / Expand by 10
Copy and paste paper4 as a new layer
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none
Drag paper4 layer below the frame layer

Copy and paste your tube of choice
If you are using the same tube
Resize by 85%
Place it below the frame
Layers / Duplicate
Place it above the frame
X out the top tube
Highlight the tube below the frame
Erase the unwanted parts
Next, un "X" the top tube
Erase the unwanted parts

Copy and paste doodle1 as a new layer
Resize by 85%
Layers / Duplicate / Mirror
Merge down doodle1 layers
Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Hue/Sat/Lightness
Follow my settings as below
Click OK

Copy and paste Rose1 as a new layer
Resize by 85%
Place it below the tube

Copy and paste Rose2 as a new layer
Resize by 8%. Sharpen
Place it on the right of the frame
Layers / Duplicate / Mirror
Place it on the left, on the wrap ribbon
Highlight the original Rose2 again
Duplicate / Mirror
Image / Free Rotate / Right / 20 Degrees / Sharpen
Erase all the stem below the red heart
Arrange as desired

Copy and paste RoseStem1 as a new layer
Image /Mirror / Sharpen
Place it along the wrap ribbon

Copy and paste bow5 as a new layer
Resize by 50%. Place it on the wrap ribbon
Drag bow5 layer above the rose2 layer

Copy and paste Ladybug1 as a new layer
Resize by 20%. Sharpen
Position. See my tag for reference
Layers / Duplicate / Mirror
Layers / Duplicate / /Flip
Layers / Duplicate / Flip
Merge Down all layers of Ladybug1

Drop Shadow of choice
I use the following settings:
H and V 6, Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 Color: Black

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
If you don't wish to animate your tag
Layers / Merge all. Save as a .png or .jpeg
You're done!!!
If you wish to animate, let's continue

Layers / Merge /Merge Visible
Edit / Copy Merged
Go to Animation Shop
ANIMATION SHOP (AS)

In AS, paste as New Animation
Followed by
Paste After Current
Repeat 3 times for a total of 4 frames

Open Heartburst supply
Delete the 1st and last layer
You will have a total of 4 frames
Select all / Copy

Click onto your first frame of your finished animation
Edit / Select all
Paste Into Selected Frame
Place it where you desire ...
View animation
If you are happy, save as gif
