Hi, welcome to my web page.  My name is Kuo-ching Liang.  I was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and I am currently a PhD student in electrical engineering at Columbia University.  My research interests are in statistical signal processing methods such as Monte Carlo methods.  In particular, I am interested in their applications in, but not limited to, bioinformatics, communications, image/video processing, and finance.
